Dear Sofitel Marrakesh Team, As a loyal guest who has been staying at Sofitel Marrakesh for the past 15 years, I want to express my continued appreciation for the high standard of service, comfort, and hospitality your hotel consistently delivers. My experiences have always been thoroughly enjoyable, which is why I continue to return year after year. I wanted to share some constructive feedback regarding the pricing for non-resident guests visiting the pool. I was surprised to see the cost set at 1000 MAD for an afternoon visit. Having recently visited several top-tier 5-star hotels in Dubai — including venues such as the Aura Skypool — I found their pool access prices significantly more reasonable, despite offering similarly or even improved premium experiences and amenities. fully appreciate the need to maintain exclusivity and quality, but I believe a more accessible pricing structure would be more suitable for guests visitors while still preserving the luxurious experience that Sofitel is known for. الاوتيل كذبوا علينا وعطونا غرفه غير المحجوزة وكانت ريحتها سئة جدا ومزعجة وبعد يومين حجزت ليلتين وقالوا بنغير الغرفه ولم استلمها الا الساعه ١٠ باليل بعد ما تشاديت معهم قالوا مافي امكانيه وانا عندي حجز وتأكيد كمان

My stay at Sofitel was very comfortable, pleasant and enjoyable. Service was kind, friendly and knowledgeable. Service at the breakfast buffet and pools was a little slow due to how busy it was, but the staff were always trying their best and attentive. The public areas were clean and well maintained, there was fast internet and the room facilities were clean and comfortable.

酒店中規中矩，主要給安排的房間景色都不好，一個在酒店一層，什麼都看不到，而且通著餐廳有些嘈雜，還有一間房安排在二層小陽台對著後馬路也什麼都沒有，酒店內部環境還挺漂亮的，散散步挺好的，早餐也挺豐富的。

Tout était parfait. Un reproche toutefois :l’hôtel est très ,Audi j’auraos souhaite qu’une présentation soit faite à mon arrivée sur les différents services,j’ai dû interrogé les salariés pour savoir le nombre de restaurants,les horaires…
